U.S. to send drone spy planes to Latin America

The United States is planning on sending unmanned drone planes into Latin American airspace. Drone planes are responsible for several attacks in Pakistan, Afghanistan and other nations. The high commander of the U.S. Air Force, General Norton Schwartz, stated on Monday that these drones will conduct "anti drug" missions, will spy on "insurgents", and will conduct sea surveillance.
